I was in Seattle last week, and was trying to hook up with Eli Yim. We chatted a bit during the 35 birthday reunion, and found out that he was living in Seattle working at the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation. You may have heard of the foundation. Anyway, I dropped Eli an e-mail letting him know I was going to be in town, and hopefully we could hook up for a beer or something. Anyway as luck would have it Eli just got married in August of this year to Jeanette (sp?). We would have hooked up but Eli called me from the hair salon, and told me that his wife's hair appointment was going far longer then he expected. Oh, well, next time. Anyway, join me in extending a warm congratulations to Eli and his wife on their wedding this past august. I was hoping to have a picture of us getting together, but alas, you'll just have to settle for my shot of the very first Starbucks store at Pike Place, Seattle, Washington.
By the way, who else is in Seattle?

Congratulations Eli!!!! Were you engaged at the reunion and just didn't tell anyone? Anyway, best wishes and send Remy some photos of your wedding so he can post them.
How odd. Some song came on and I was just thinking of Eli and a solo he sang for Hokuloa. Funny that he's in Seattle too.
